When baking with eggs you should try to make sure they are at room temperature, unless the recipe states otherwise. Comfortable room temperature is approximately 21°C. If your eggs are straight out of the fridge then they will cool down the fats in the rest of the recipe. This thickens the batter consistency and impacts cooking times. Not a huge impact, but your bake will be that little bit closer to perfection if you keep this tip in the back of your mind.
