We often get asked what type of gluten-free flour we use in our brownies + blondies. We've tried many different blends and shop bought mixes too. Our favourite and most versatile blend uses 40% millet flour, 30% potato starch and 30% glutinous rice flour. We found it on a craftsy.com tutorial by the amazing @glutenfreegirl (Shauna Ahern). Try it out. You'll love it! Just make sure you don't accidentally use plain old rice flour. Get the glutinous rice flour, sometimes called sweet rice flour, available online and at oriental supermarkets.
